Payment Terms
Payment for services are due
on completion.
Design charges require 50% deposit.
The balance is due on completion or 30 days after
work begins. Web site designs remain the property
of Rubioberry.com until paid in full.
Web site hosting invoices are
sent 30 days in advance and are due on or before
the due date. Web sites with hosting charges that
are two weeks delinquent will be removed from
the server and will be subject to a $50.00 re-connection
fee and pre-paid hosting.
Payments received are posted
to oldest outstanding invoices. Accounts with
delinquent balances will be terminated and removed
from out server immediately unless prior arrangements
are made.
No obligation
There is absolutedly no automatic
obligation to continue any services after expiry.
It's down to us to contact you and ask you if
you want to continue.
