Software claims today, property claims next

Property is the most claim-heavy market there is — but our verification engine, VeriRE, currently checks claims about software. It takes a claim about a binary, runs deterministic checks against the actual code and execution evidence, and returns a verdict — grounded, refuted or inconclusive — with the full evidence trail kept.

The same claim → evidence → verdict pattern is exactly what a real-estate layer would look like: sales history, land titles, planning data and rental stats as the evidence sources, instead of binaries. That layer is a build we haven't shipped yet — it doesn't come as part of VeriRE today. When you bring us a question about a property, a portfolio or a process, we scope the checkers it needs and build them as a dedicated module.
